At Disciplined Financial Management our desire is to serve God by helping people with personal finance. The tangible products, downloads, and services that we provide are the means by which we deliver that help. We hope that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. However, if for some reason you are not, and you want to return it for a refund, our goal is to make that easy for you. Below are some simple rules to follow when returning purchased items.
TANGIBLE PRODUCTS must be returned in their original condition, including all contents, unless they were damaged when you received them. If these requirements are met and no more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued...no questions asked. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (e.g., payment by credit card will result in a refund by credit card). Shipping costs are not refundable. We will notify you by email when we receive your returned goods. Please allow for processing up to 10 business days after you receive our email.
DOWNLOADS cannot be returned. You must verify the compatibility of your system before buying downloadable items.
EVENT PASSES to any of Greg Coutant's events are not refundable.
REGISTRATION FEES for training are unique to each session. Please contact us for details about cancellations and refunds.
CONSULTING / CAOCHING FEES are not refundable. Knowing that we are accountable to God for our work, we will do everything possible to make consulting and coaching sessions worth your time and money.
